We start by mapping out a plan for our time together. Every project comes with a list of must-dos—whether that’s writing website copy that hits home, setting up marketing systems that don’t make you cringe, or crafting that lead magnet you’ve been putting off. Our mission is to tackle what matters most for where you are right now, step by step, call by call.
We meet 2x per month, for 60minutes.
These aren’t your average, run-of-the-mill calls. This is where the magic happens—where we dig deep into the core of who you are and what you’re here to share with the world. I ask the questions that make you pause, reflect, and go deeper than surface-level thinking. We explore your stories, your beliefs, and your unique perspective. We have homework after each call.
Whether it’s answering reflective questions, refining your ideas, or gathering insights for the next stage, this homework is designed to keep you connected to the process and moving forward. Once we’re done with the call, I spend time polishing and refining what we’ve worked on together. I take the raw material—those powerful insights, emotions, and truths we’ve pulled out—and shape it into something that’s clear, compelling, and ready for the world.

You are free to email me as much as you want in between calls, but my job is to write between our calls. In the weeks where we are not talking, I am writing or diving into your messaging. Once you get the document, I will ask you to go through and make comments and edits and so we go back and forth in the doc over the course of our time together.

I have expertise in all things necessary to create an online business in the wellness + transformation space that's earning under $200K/year. Business, marketing, product/market fit, programs + packages, emotional blocks, thought leadership development, funnels, body of work development, the tech set up, reputation growth work. Over $200K a year gets beyond my expertise.

Any offering you can think of, I can help you create. Programs, workshops, one-off packages. The difficulty is not in creating them, it's in creating them in a way that is likely to sell. The value of having me is that you get 10+ years experience in the health and wellness world, so I can help you create something that's both smart and effective and also true to you.

I am 100% the lead, this is not coaching. We have a deep-set structure that has worked over 100 times before, where I am carrying you, holding you, and asking you the right questions to let your genius bloom. You don't have to do anything but show up, and work on whatever homework you get between calls.

If you need to reschedule a call in the same month, it's not a problem at all. So if you're sick, travelling for a week or whatever, it's never an issue. It's a little more tricky if you want to take a full month off because I only have a set amount of clients I can work with at once, which means I take a financial hit. However, life is life and we all need to take time off, so if you totally need to do this I can deal with it, but in that case, it would be amazing if you could think of a referral so I can sub in someone.

Loosely, yes. We develop a kind of curriculum as a by-product of this process, how fleshed out that will be, I can't tell you. I don't market this as a deliverable because this process is not designed for it, it' designed for website copy, but through the process, most of my clients get a lot more if that makes sense.
